Our History

Dragonfly Office Interiors was originally established in 2000 by Jim Francis as a vehicle to supply and install furniture as a freelance agent. Jim Francis, a well known and successful figure in the office furniture industry, started his career over 30 years ago and is highly knowledgeable in the design, procurement and installation of office furniture.

In 2003 Graham Johnson joined Dragonfly Office to expand and develop the business. Graham comes from an ICT and business process background and during the last 15 years has worked on a variety of ICT related projects. Graham joined Dragonfly Office to concentrate on developing the business brand, the direction and the back office technology.

Dragonfly Office is a privately owned company.

Today, Dragonfly Office has grown into a successful and well respected company; our philosophy of making the customer our first priority has helped us keep our growing customer base. We are lean and efficient and work with a sense of urgency. We aim to respond to enquiries quickly and in a timely fashion.

Our mission statement is 'to provide office furniture consistently and efficiently to everyone.'

Dragonfly Office can undertake all aspects of office furniture fit out. From a single room to an entire office building, we can help you plan and select the best package to suit you. As an independent office furniture provider we have a diverse portfolio of products and are not tied to a single range of furniture. We have helped many customers get the perfect balance between style and functionality and pride ourselves on working with them.

We have expertise in space planning and interior design. We can also undertake full office refurbishments, taking a building shell and making it into a wonderful office.

Dragonfly are based in the delightful market town of Godalming, Surrey [about 6 miles outside Guildford]. We have local and London based showrooms available for clients to use and have consultants who can visit you in your offices. We can deliver and install across the UK.

Our clients range from small businesses to large multi-national corporations.
